Bail Recovery Agents

A Bonding Company may sign as registrant only if the bonding company has received the following:

Applicant's Driver License Copy
Applicant's Gun Permit Copy
Applicant's Color Picture
Applicant's Completed Application
Check or Money Order in the amount of $50.00 for I.D. Card
(payable to the "Georgia Association of Professional Bondsmen, Inc.")

Instructions for completing the Bail Recovery ID process:

Applicant must fax application, copy of drivers license and firearms permit and continuing education certificate to (404) 659-4201.
Applicant must email their picture to grim1398@bellsouth.net.
Mail money order to:
- Georgia Association of Professional Bondsmen, Inc.
  196 Peachtree Street, S.W.
  Atlanta, Ga 30303

All information must be submitted every year.
